Our boogie mug, wine & ceramics hug mug and dog bowl workshops have the option to add on a candle workshop to turn your vessel into a reusable candle vessel!
For the fur parents. Learn to create and personalise your own pet bowl!
This workshop is perfect for those who want to start small with a single workshop over 90 minutes to create with clay. Your pieces will then be glazed and fired by us and ready for collection around 3 weeks later.
Our Make a Pet Bowl session includes all materials, clay, firings and glazes.
Add a little paw print, add your pets name, lets get muddy and creative!

Session Details
Duration: 90 minutes (Includes building session. Your pieces will be glazed by us in a beautiful minimalist glaze)
Cost: $75.00 per person - includes building session

Want to turn your piece into a reusable candle? Your pet bowl can also be made into a beautiful large hand made candle! Just select the Candle Workshop add on below and you will receive a voucher during your pottery class to return 3 weeks after your pottery session to create a personalised crystal and aromatherapy candle in our sister studio Crescent Moon Candles! Located in the front studio of our warehouse. Candle vouchers are valid for 3 weeks to 3 months post pottery workshop sessions. And once your candle is finished you can simply rinse the vessel with hot water and use it as a pet bowl, key bowl, plant pot or book a refill class with Crescent Moon Candles!

Make a Pet Bowl FAQs
Does the cost of the workshop include clay, glazing and firing? A: Yes! The cost of your workshop covers your hand building session to create your pieces with clay. Your pieces will then be fired in the kiln and glazed by us in your choice of our available glaze colours for this workshop.
Where are the workshops located? A: All of our public workshops are held on site in our Sunshine Coast pottery workshop.
Do you glaze the pieces for us? A: Yes we do! We will glaze your pieces in a beautiful white speckled glaze.
Can we take our pieces home straight away? A: In the first session you will create with the clay, the clay will then air dry for 5 - 7 days in our studio. Your pieces will then be fired and glazed by us. Collection is usually around 3 weeks after your class.
Please note finished works must be collected within 4 weeks post glazing. Non-collected works are donated to charity. If you need longer to collect please notify us during your session or via email.
Can we bring our dogs to this workshop? A: Got a little fur baby that doesn’t like to be left at home alone? You’re welcome to bring your friendly pet with you to this workshop! Please just be sure to let us know before your workshop and always ensure that your dog is friendly toward other dogs, toilet trained and is alway kept on their leash at all times while in the studio. We have water bowls for your pooches here.
