Firing of pieces can range anywhere between 2-5 weeks depending on how much work we have in line for firing in our kilns. When your pieces are ready for collection you will receive a text to say your items are ready to pick up.

Please collect your works within 4 weeks after receiving a text to say they are ready. Please note we can only keep your finished works in studio for approximately one month.

SYNDICATE CREATIVE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSED TEXTS, CALLS OR VOICEMAILS TO YOUR PHONE NUMBER. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH STUDENT TO ENSURE YOU WRITE YOUR PHONE NUMBER CLEARLY ON THE CLASS SHEET NEXT TO YOUR NAME.
